You must provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. We may change pricing with prior notice.

4. Data and Content

You retain ownership of the data you submit to the platform. You grant us a limited license to process that data solely to provide and improve the service.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the service if these terms are violated. You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings.

6. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SoftwebPOS shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
